We were the first studio in Nassau county that offered Allegro Pilates classes, and now we are the first studio in the county to house the "Cobra" -- an exciting new piece used for a GYROTONIC® session.

What separates us from other establishments is the level of expertise of our staff. We have a total of four on-staff physical therapists. This means that we can really tailor your Pilates/Personal Training/Gyrotonic session to your specific needs - as we have an in-depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system and ALSO your medical issues.

We are located on the second floor on 21 East Shore Road above the wine store at the crossroads of Northern Blvd, Community Drive and East Shore Road. Parking is available.
